1. How do I enroll in the Wetzel’s Pretzels Rewards program?
Visit the iOS App store or Google Play store and search for Wetzel’s Pretzels to download the app. Once the app has been downloaded, follow the steps to migrate your old Wetzel’s Pretzels account to your Wetzel’s Pretzels Rewards account or click SIGN UP to get started.
2. How do I migrate my Wetzel’s Pretzels Rewards Mobile App Punch Card to the new Wetzel’s Pretzels Rewards App?
Download the new Wetzel’s Pretzels Rewards app in the App Store or Google Play Store. Once the app is downloaded, tap the app. Click LET’S GET STARTED, then click MIGRATE REWARDS. You will then need to enter your email associated with the Wetzel’s Pretzels Loyalty Club, a new password, and your first and last name. A verification code will be sent to your email, and you will use that code to verify your profile. Then, log in with your email and the password you just created.
3. How many points in the new Wetzel’s Pretzels Rewards App will I receive per pretzel I had on my Wetzel’s Pretzels Rewards Mobile App Punch Card?
You will receive 10 points per pretzel accrued on the old Wetzel’s Pretzels Rewards Mobile App Punch Card.
4. How does Wetzel’s Pretzels Rewards work?
Wetzel’s Pretzels Rewards is our new loyalty program that gives you the ability to earn points and order online for pick-up or delivery right from your phone. As a Wetzel’s Pretzels Rewards member, you’ll earn 1 point per $1 spent at Wetzel’s Pretzels. When you make a purchase at Wetzel's Pretzels, scan your phone at the register, or scan your receipt after your order to receive your points that can be used to redeem rewards. When ordering online for pick-up or delivery, points will be automatically applied to your account. You can redeem your points in the REWARDS tab for rewards such as a Free Dip, Free Fresh or Frozen Lemonade, Free Original or Sinful Cinnamon Pretzel, any Bitz, Bites or Dog item for free, or a $10 reward.
5. How do I use the app to pay for purchases at Wetzel's Pretzels?
Click on the ORDER tab to order online for Pick-Up or Delivery. From this tab, you will be able to select your closest Wetzel’s Pretzels location, choose the food items that you would like in your order, and make payment and/or apply rewards all from your smartphone.
6. What if I don't want to use the app to pay for my purchase?
When ordering at the register at a Wetzel’s Pretzels location, you do not need to pay with the app. Just scan your app under the EARN tab to earn loyalty points.
7. I used the Wetzel's Pretzels Mobile App to pay for my order but would like a refund. How do I get one?
8. How long will it take for my loyalty credit to appear in my account?
Your loyalty credit should appear in your account within 2 hours of scanning your app. If your data or WiFi signal is weak, it may take longer. Please contact app support below if it takes more than two hours for your loyalty credit to appear.
9. How do I redeem rewards?
Click the REWARDS tab, when a reward is available, click the button under the reward that says REDEEM ONLINE or REDEEM IN-STORE, depending on how you plan to use your reward. When redeeming online, you will be taken to the ORDER screen to proceed with your order. You will click the reward you would like to redeem under AVAILABLE OFFERS on the MAKE PAYMENT screen. Make sure that you have the item you are trying to redeem in your cart to proceed with redeeming the reward. The reward will be applied to your order and the discount will be taken off your total. When redeeming in-store, click REDEEM IN-STORE. Please make sure you are physically at the store before you confirm redemption. You will have 4 hours to redeem the reward in-store once clicked. Scan your QR code at the register to redeem. Once used, this reward and the points used will be removed from your account.
15 points = Free Dip
25 points = Fresh or Frozen Lemonade (no boba)
40 points = Original or Sinful Cinnamon Pretzel
60 points = Any Bitz, Bites or Dog
100 points = $10 Reward
10. How do I know how many rewards I have?
Click the REWARDS tab, your Rewards Meter will show your point total at the top of the screen.
11. Is there any limit to the number of rewards I can redeem per day?
Guests can redeem one reward per transaction with up to 2 transactions per day.
12. Is there any limit to the number of times I can earn points per day?
Guests can earn points on up to two transactions per 24-hour period.
13. Will I still get a free pretzel on my birthday?
Yes, you will be given a Free Original or Sinful Cinnamon Pretzel valid for 30 days after your birthday.
14. Do my Wetzel’s Pretzels Rewards points expire?
Yes, points that have not been converted to a reward will expire after 365 days.
15. How do I edit my credit card information?
Click the ORDER tab, then from this tab, you will be able to select your closest Wetzel’s Pretzels location, choose the food items that you would like in your order, choose between pickup and delivery, then under MAKE PAYMENT, choose PAY NOW, tap ADD NEW CARD to edit your credit card information. Click the trash can icon under the saved card you have to remove a form of payment.
16. How do I upload a picture for my in-app avatar?
Click the MORE tab, then tap PROFILE. Click the brown circle with a pencil in it to edit your in-app avatar. Allow the app to access your photos. and select the photo you would like.
17. Can I see what I've earned and redeemed over time?
Click the MORE tab, then tap ACCOUNT HISTORY. There you will see points earned and rewards redeemed by date.
18. How do I receive a reward for referring a friend?
To receive a reward for referring a friend, your friend must use your invite code. Get your invite code by clicking the MORE tab, then tap REFER A FRIEND. There you will be able to click INVITE to send your friend your code and a link. You will earn 10 points when your friend uses your invite code during sign up, and makes their first purchase.
19. How can I purchase a gift card?
You are unable to purchase Wetzel’s Pretzels gift cards at the moment. If you have any questions about a previous gift card, please contact email@example.com.
20. How do I change my password?
To change your password, logout of your account and click the button to LOG IN. On the LOG IN screen, enter your email, then click Reset Password below the Password field. An email will be sent to your account to change your password. Click the link in the email that takes you to a website to reset your password. Enter your new password, then return to the Wetzel’s Pretzels Rewards app to log in with your new password.
21. How can I delete or deactivate my account, if needed?
Click the MORE tab, then tap PROFILE. At the bottom of the screen, click Deactivate or Delete My Account.
