Offers

Members who are fully registered (i.e., have a phone number and email address associated with their account) will have a birthday reward automatically loaded to their account seven days before their birthday, and it expires seven days after their birthday. Members can contact wetzels.customerservice@mtygroup.com if they do not receive their reward or register during that time period.

Members have two weeks to redeem their birthday reward in-store or online. The birthday reward is valid seven days before their birthday and expires seven days after their birthday.

Members can redeem their offers in-store or online at any participating Wetzel’s Pretzels location.

Points

Members earn one point for every $1 spent on the net, pre-tax amount (e.g., $1.00–$1.99 = 1 point).

Guests provide their phone number to the cashier in-store at checkout, or sign in to their Olo account before checkout, and earn one point for every full dollar spent on qualifying purchases; excluding coupons, discounts, third-party delivery, gratuity, taxes, and other exclusions. Purchasing gift cards does not qualify for points; using gift cards as tender does. Points can take up to 24 hours to appear in a member’s account.

Yes, members can still receive points with their receipt and order number. They can log into their Wetzel’s Rewards account and click the “Add points” button.

Once a member accumulates 50 points, they receive a $5 reward for their next in-store or online purchase of $5 or more. Rewards may take up to 24 hours to appear. The account must be fully registered (opens in a new tab) to access earned rewards. The Spendgo™ program will prompt the cashier to ask if the guest would like to use the reward, until the reward is redeemed or expires.

Nearly all purchases qualify. Points are earned when using a gift card as tender, but not when buying a gift card. Points are not earned on gratuities, taxes, third-party delivery, or receipt adjustments.

There’s no limit to how many rewards a member can earn. A $5 reward is generated each time 50 points are accumulated, and the point balance is reduced by 50 points for each $5 reward. Each $5 reward expires 90 days from issue. Only one $5 reward can be used per transaction. The account must be fully registered (opens in a new tab) to access earned rewards.

The crew member should give the catering receipt to the guest at pick-up. Members can log into their Wetzel’s Rewards account and click the “Add points” button.

Spendgo™ recognizes gift card purchases and will not award points for that portion; separate transactions are not necessary.

No. The only way to earn points is to spend money. Customer service issues have separate resolutions.

Rewards

Registered members: Spendgo™ prompts the cashier if a reward is available. If members opted into emails/SMS, they’ll also receive a notification.

Starter members: Accounts activated in-store with only a phone number won’t receive notifications or be able to redeem rewards until they register online. A reward is generated for every 50 points; when a reward is used, the point balance is reduced by 50 points.

No. The reward reduces the subtotal by $5. Members pay taxes and any remaining balance.

To ensure delivery, members should:
  1. Add our address to their contacts or approved senders.
  2. Check the Junk/Spam folder.
  3. Log into their Wetzel’s Rewards account and check subscription status on the bottom left of the screen:
    • “Email: YES” indicates they’re subscribed.
    • If it reads “Email: NO,” click “Edit Profile,” check “Send Offers via Email” under “Notifications,” and click “Save Changes.”

Contact the Kahala Brands™ customer support team at wetzels.customerservice@mtygroup.com. Customer support will wipe points and disassociate transactions. The process can take up to 48 hours.
