Offers

Members who are fully registered (i.e., have a phone number and email address associated with their account) will have a birthday reward automatically loaded to their account seven days before their birthday, and it expires seven days after their birthday. Members can contact wetzels.customerservice@mtygroup.com if they do not receive their reward or register during that time period.

Members have two weeks to redeem their birthday reward in-store or online. The birthday reward is valid seven days before their birthday and expires seven days after their birthday.

Members can redeem their offers in-store or online at any participating Wetzel’s Pretzels location.

Earning Points

Yes! As long as you have your receipt with the order number, you can still get points. Just log in to your Wetzel’s Rewards account at wetzels.com/rewards and click the “Add Points” button.

Most purchases do! You can earn points even when using a gift card as payment. However, you won’t earn points when purchasing a gift card, on tips, taxes, third-party delivery, or receipt adjustments.

Yes, catering purchases qualify for points. If you ordered over the phone, be sure to ask for your receipt when you pick up your order. Then, log in to your account and click the “Add Points” button to claim them.

Nope! You can earn as many points as you’d like. Every 50 points automatically converts to a $5 reward. One reward can be redeemed per transaction, and each reward expires 90 days after it’s issued.

No need! Our system recognizes gift card purchases and excludes them from earning points, while still awarding points for the rest of your order.

Using Points & Rewards

Once you reach 50 points, they automatically turn into a $5 reward. Rewards can be used on any in-store or online purchase of $5 or more. They’ll appear in your account within 24 hours and can be redeemed by providing your phone number at checkout.

If you’ve registered your account online and opted into emails or texts, we’ll let you know when a reward is added. At checkout, our team will also be prompted to ask if you’d like to use it—until it’s redeemed or expires.

No, the $5 reward reduces your subtotal by $5. Taxes, tips, and any remaining balance are still your responsibility.

Rewards are limited to one per transaction.

Yes! While you’ll still earn points just by using your phone number, you must register(opens in a new tab) to unlock and redeem any rewards. Even if you earn a reward, it cannot be used until your account is fully registered.
